Position: Deputy Manager / Manager Quality Control - Spinning
B.Sc. Textile Engineering with 9 to 12 years of experience yarns quality.
This position is responsible for managing yarn quality operations for monitoring procured yarn, analyzing samples, preparing feasibility reports, and addressing quality concerns. It ensures control of yarn imperfections, cone weights, cotton quality parameters, and non-conformities (NCs), while calculating waste percentages and implementing spin plans. The role also reviews testing reports, assigns cotton ratings, resolves cotton and yarn issues, and ensures timely availability of testing equipment. All responsibilities are carried out to achieve quality-compliant yarn production within defined policies and guidelines.
