B.Sc Textile Engineering / MBA / BBA with 8-12 Years of experience in Apparel Merchandising

This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customers by overseeing end-to-end business processes to deliver an excellent customer experience and meet business needs. It involves handling product development, costing, demand forecasting, and order management while ensuring compliance with internal systems and procedures. The role leads communication with both customers and internal teams to achieve sales targets and volume goals. It also requires strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing, market trends, supply chain processes, and customer behavior, along with key skills in forecasting, costing, relationship management, negotiation, and team coordination.
