About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Accounts to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, accounting expertise, and a passion for excellence in financial operations.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support audits, tax filings, and compliance processes
Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements
Coordinate with internal departments for budget and cost control
Manage reconciliations, ledgers, and financial documentation
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
M.Com / CA Inter
2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate or mid-sized firm
Strong communication and team management skills
💼 What We Offer:
Salary range will be 75-100 K as per experience
