Deputy General Manager Admin & Operation

Utopia Deals is looking to hire Deputy General Manager Admin & Operation.

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Manager Administration to play a key and strategic role in our success.

Official Timings: 12:00PM to 9:00PM

Location: Gulshan e Maymar, Karachi

Main Responsibilities:

➡️ Oversee general services: transportation, canteen, security, and expatriate dormitories.

➡️ Manage and follow up on administrative permissions and requirements during the start-up and construction phases.

➡️ Actively contribute to the design and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

➡️ Ensure the best selection of suppliers for transport, catering, and other services, while guaranteeing quality and cost efficiency.

➡️ Implement and monitor administrative and safety procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

➡️ Collaborate closely with project team, HSE, and other internal teams to support business needs during this critical phase.

Profile Required:

➡️ Solid experience in administration and general services management.

➡️ Proven track record in supporting start-up or construction phases is a strong advantage.

➡️ Knowledge and/or experience in HSE will be considered a plus.

➡️ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

➡️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

➡️ Excellent communication in English.
