Data Entry Specialist

We Are Hiring: Hospital Data Entry Specialist (Remote – Pakistan) at PsychPlus

We are looking for a detail-oriented Hospital Data Entry Specialist to support healthcare operations by accurately maintaining patient records and managing data within internal systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Salary: $250 – $360 USD per month (depending on experience)

Location: Pakistan (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and maintain patient demographics, medical records, insurance details, and appointment information

• Update and manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) and internal databases

• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct them promptly

• Upload and organize medical reports, lab results, and physician documentation

• Coordinate with medical staff, billing teams, and administrative departments to ensure data accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field preferred)

• 1–2 years of data entry experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems or hospital management systems

• Ability to work with international healthcare teams and across time zones

• Strong attention to detail and productivity in data management tasks
