Data Entry Executive

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Job description:

Ropstam is looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Executive with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage large volumes of data.

Responsibilities:

Collecting and entering data in our databases and maintaining accurate records of company information.

Analyzing anti-phishing websites, app stores, and social media platform pages & groups.

Handling and maintaining data across multiple systems and websites.

Analysis of data and preparing reports as required.

Using advanced Excel features to improve data handling.

Handle a variety of administrative tasks assigned as needed by the team.

Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines with high accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data entry.

Experience with data management software such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and/or Airtable.

Understanding of Social media platforms.

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to new software and tools.

Efficient time management, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Other Details:

On-site (Islamabad/Rawalpindi)

EST hours (2:00 PM- 11:00 PM Pakistan Time).

Complete 40 hours every week.

Contractual job- duration of 1 year

Location:

Plaza 82, 83 St 26A, Sector H DHA Phase II, Islamabad, Islamabad Capital Territory.
