📌 Position Details

• Role: Customer Support Specialist

• Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)

• Location: Pakistan

• Experience Required: 2–3 Years

💼 What You’ll Do

✅ Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and other communication channels

✅ Manage 50–100 customer inquiries daily including orders, refunds, returns, and product support

✅ Investigate and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly

✅ Provide accurate product information and specifications

✅ Monitor and respond to customer reviews to maintain a positive brand image

✅ Ensure compliance with online marketplace policies and guidelines

✅ Collaborate with logistics, sales, and technical support teams

✅ Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvement

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

✔ 2–3 years of experience in customer support (eCommerce preferred)

✔ Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries

✔ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

✔ Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Backmarket, or Refurbed is a plus
