We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our back-office team for a UK-based hotel. You will handle incoming calls from hotel guests and customers, assisting them with booking inquiries, general questions, and other support needs.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Answer inbound customer calls related to hotel bookings, inquiries, and support
β’ Provide polite, professional, and accurate assistance to UK guests
β’ Handle reservation details, availability checks, and general information
β’ Log all calls and feedback in the system
β’ Collaborate with the UK hotelβs on-ground team if needed
πΉ Requirements:
β’ 1β2 years of customer support or call center experience (UK-based experience preferred)
β’ Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or UK accent is a big plus)
β’ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
β’ Calm and polite attitude with the ability to handle guests professionally
