Cova Retail is Hiring | Customer Support Executive (Female)
Location: Nazimabad No. 4, Karachi (On-site)
Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)
Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented After-Sales Support Executive to manage customer communication after order completion and ensure a smooth post-sale experience. The ideal candidate should be proactive, solution-focused, and capable of building long-term customer trust through effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries after purchase via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
Handle queries related to orders, delivery, returns, exchanges, and product issues
Process refunds and replacements when required
Follow up with customers until their issues are fully resolved
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements in service quality
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while protecting company interests
Requirements:
Must be responsible and detail-oriented
Strong English writing and communication skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under pressure
Previous experience in customer service or after-sales support in the USA marketplace is preferred
