Techmile Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Karachi (Onsite)
Shifts Available:
• Morning: 7 AM – 3 PM
• Evening: 3 PM – 11 PM
• Night: 11 PM – 7 AM
Salary & Benefits:
• Rs. 100,000/month (fixed for all shifts)
• Attractive commission structure

Location: Near Driving License Office, Korangi, Karachi
Role Overview:
We’re seeking energetic, fluent English-speaking female CSRs to deliver professional, empathetic customer support. Strong English communication (spoken & written) is the key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries with professionalism and accuracy
• Communicate clearly in English (spoken & written)
• Provide information and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain positive customer relationships
• Record and update customer data in systems
• Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals
Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication (mandatory)
• 1–3 years of CSR / customer support experience preferred
• Fresh candidates with strong English may also apply
• Positive, adaptable, and driven attitude
• Ability to work in fixed shifts (Morning/Evening/Night)
• Minimum education: Intermediate / O/A Levels / Graduate
