The Details:

🕒 Timings: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
📍 Location: Office #12, 2nd Floor, Meridian Software Tech Park, Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi.
What You’ll Do:
Manage inbound calls and customer emails.
Provide detailed info on Medicare and ACA plans.
Handle enrollments, eligibility, and claims.
Hit daily productivity and quality targets.
What You Need:
Qualification: Intermediate or A-Levels.
Skills: Basic computer knowledge + 30 WPM typing speed.
Bonus: Experience in healthcare or insurance (Preferred but not required!).
