Switch Communications is hiring for Creative Manager

Location: Islamabad

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐎𝐧 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

• Lead and contribute to video production projects from concept development, storyboarding, filming, editing, and animation, with a proven track record of producing videos that generate strong reach and engagement.

• Drive social media and product growth through high-quality content, visual storytelling, and data-backed creative strategies.

• Manage graphic design and visual content creation for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.

• Oversee content creation including copywriting, campaign messaging, and social media strategy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.

• Demonstrate a proven ability to scale platforms with measurable engagement (followers, reach, conversions) — experience in content monetization is highly advantageous.

• Be hands-on in creating high-impact presentations and pitch decks, with the ability to turn ideas and strategies into compelling, visually strong presentation decks.

• Develop and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and client pitches that clearly articulate creative strategy and business value.

 

𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 & 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

• Manage and mentor a 10+ member creative team, fostering collaboration and skill development.

• Drive adoption of AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance speed, quality, and innovation.

• Review work, provide feedback, and ensure projects meet deadlines with creative excellence.

• Allocate resources and manage multiple projects, balancing capacity with business priorities.

 

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 & 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

•Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and growth teams to ensure creative alignment with business objectives.

• Manage client expectations, timelines, scopes, and deliverables with professionalism.

• Represent ThreeDot in client meetings, presenting the agency’s capabilities confidently and effectively.

 

𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

• Exposure to managing UI/UX teams and leading digital marketing campaigns for digital products.

• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and digital product workflows.

• Experience delivering measurable results through digital marketing initiatives.

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, After Effects, and Premiere.

 

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in creative roles, with proven success in driving social media and product growth through content, video production, and graphic design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, or a related field.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a passion for building and mentoring high-performing teams.
