Brainchild Communications Pakistan is hiring a Creative Executive.

Position: Creative Executive

Location: Karachi, Pakistan.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in an advertising agency or related creative field.

Are you passionate about advertising, creativity, and bringing ideas to life? We're looking for a highly organised and creative professional who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and contribute to impactful campaigns from concept to execution.

What You'll Do:

-Manage advertising campaigns from creative brief to final execution while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

-Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and creative teams to support brainstorming sessions and develop innovative campaign ideas.

-Prepare engaging presentations, write clear creative briefs, and contribute to the development of advertising materials.

-Track project progress, identify potential challenges, and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on schedule.

-Research advertising trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support creative strategy and campaign development.

-Present creative concepts, campaign updates, and project progress to clients and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

-Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

-Strong understanding of the advertising process, from ideation to execution.

-Excellent communication, copywriting, collaboration, and organizational skills.

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under tight deadlines.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and project management tools.
