Pak-Qatar Group is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented professional to join our team at our Head Office in Karachi. If you have a keen eye for compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks, we’d love to hear from you!
📌 Position: Compliance & Risk Officer
📍 Location: Head Office – Karachi
⏳ Experience: 1–2 years in compliance, risk, legal, or regulatory roles
(Experience in NBFCs, asset management companies, or financial institutions will be an added advantage)
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
💡 Key Skills:
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
✔ Knowledge of NBFC Regulations
✔ Excellent documentation & drafting skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office
✔ Attention to detail & strong communication skills
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Ensure compliance with SECP regulations
🔹 Handle compliance queries and escalate when required
🔹 Maintain records for regulatory inspections
🔹 Assist in drafting policies, procedures, and compliance documents
🔹 Support implementation of risk management framework
🔹 Identify and report compliance and operational risks
🔹 Prepare periodic compliance and risk reports
🔹 Strengthen internal controls and governance practices
