Hiring: Call Center Executive

Location: 1st Floor, 38-B, opposite La Salle School, D Ground People's Colony No 1, Faisalabad.

Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Salary: 25,000 (Basic) + Attractive Commission

Education: Graduate
Language: *Fluent in English
*Experience: Freshers & Experienced both welcome

Job Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound customer calls with professionalism.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate call records and follow company procedures.
Meet montly targets and contribute to team performance.

Requirements:

Graduation (mandatory)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken)
Basic computer knowledge
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented
Willing to work in the 2 PM to 10 PM shift
