Business Intelligence Analyst

🚨 We’re Hiring: Business Intelligence Analyst (Remotely).

TTP Media Group is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help turn business data into meaningful insights and better decisions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Work closely with different stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and analytical requirements.

Translate business requirements into meaningful data analysis, KPIs, and BI solutions.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with a strong focus on usability and data storytelling.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Ensure data is accurate, consistent, complete, and sourced from reliable sources before presenting insights.

Work with different data sources and understand how data is collected, transformed, and used across the business.

Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🔹 Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and data reliability.

Experience working with multiple data sources and business functions.

Good understanding of data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and Power BI best practices.

Ability to tell a story with data rather than simply creating dashboards.

Experience working in a fast-paced business environment with multiple stakeholders and competing requirements.

🔹 Preferred

Microsoft PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or a similar data analytics certification.

Background in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience working closely with business teams and translating business problems into data-driven solutions.

🔹 What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who can understand why the business needs the analysis, ask the right questions, validate the data, work with stakeholders, and ultimately turn the findings into a BI solution that supports decision-making.
