Weโre looking for a Business Development Specialist Upwork Expert who has hands-on experience managing Upwork accounts.
ย The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on relevant projects, communicating with clients, and converting leads into long term partnerships.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โ Identify and shortlist relevant job postings on Upwork and similar platforms.
ย โ Craft tailored, compelling proposals aligned with client requirements.
ย โ Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project scope and build trust.
ย โ Manage follow-ups on proposals to increase conversion rates.
ย โ Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and professionalism.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
๐ฏ Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in bidding or business development on freelance platforms (Upwork preferred).
ย ๐ Excellent written English and persuasive writing skills.
ย ๐ก Strong understanding of IT services Web Development, Mobile App Development, MERN Stack, or AI solutions.
ย ๐ Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet monthly targets.
ย ๐ Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized.
