𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist Upwork Expert who has hands-on experience managing Upwork accounts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on relevant projects, communicating with clients, and converting leads into long term partnerships.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✅ Identify and shortlist relevant job postings on Upwork and similar platforms.

✅ Craft tailored, compelling proposals aligned with client requirements.

✅ Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project scope and build trust.

✅ Manage follow-ups on proposals to increase conversion rates.

✅ Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and professionalism.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

🎯 Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in bidding or business development on freelance platforms (Upwork preferred).

📝 Excellent written English and persuasive writing skills.

💡 Strong understanding of IT services Web Development, Mobile App Development, MERN Stack, or AI solutions.

🏆 Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet monthly targets.
