Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project acquisition through Upwork and LinkedIn
• Set BD strategies, KPIs, and sales targets
• Mentor and guide the business development team

• Handle client communication, negotiations, and deal closures
Requirements:
✔ 3+ years of experience in IT sales/business development
✔ Proven success with Upwork bidding and client acquisition
