Invictus Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 1 year of experience in the tech industry.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tech and digital industry

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Collaborate with project management and design teams to prepare proposals

Conduct market research and support project planning

🎯 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

1+ year of experience in business development (preferably in software or digital agency)

Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing strategies is a plus
