𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Identify & Prospect: Hunt for new business opportunities within the global games industry, targeting developers, publishers, and tech partners.

- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial cold outreach and LinkedIn networking to qualifying leads and setting up pitches.

- Industry Liaison: Act as a knowledgeable point of contact who can speak "developer" and "business" simultaneously.

- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding AI integration in game workflows, and report on competitor movements.

- Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the production and tech teams to ensure our offerings align with the current needs of the game dev pipeline.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales within the gaming industry

- Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle (from concept to live-ops)

- Familiarity with AI tools such as Generative AI, LLMs, or procedural generation tools

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong outreach abilities

- Passion for gaming with knowledge of genres, monetization models, and success factors

- Proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong “hunter” attitude and eagerness to learn
