The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Developer with 1-2 years of experience in the marketing or tech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be the front line of our growth strategy, connecting with potential clients and showcasing the value of our diverse marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and qualify new business leads and target markets.
Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
Understand prospective clients' needs and challenges to effectively pitch our tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly communicate our value proposition.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
Collaborate closely with our service delivery teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 1-2 years of proven work experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.

Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of digital marketing services, including Social Media Marketing, SEO, Email Marketing, AI Automation, Ads (PPC), UI/UX, Branding, and Lead Generation.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.

Portfolio: A portfolio or track record demonstrating successful sales or business development achievements is required.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
