Trucare is hiring for a detail-oriented and experienced "Audit Executive" to join our team.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
As an Audit Executive, you will be a crucial part of our quality assurance process, working to verify and maintain the integrity of our claim data. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Verifying claim data against source systems and documentation.
* Identifying discrepancies and coordinating with relevant teams for timely resolution.
* Ensuring compliance with internal policies and payer-specific guidelines.
* Maintaining thorough documentation of all QA checks and corrective actions.
* Assisting in periodic reporting and preparing audit summaries.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in an auditing or quality assurance role.
Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent command of MS Office and proficiency with illustration tools.
* Adept at generating clear and concise reports.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Education: Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
Working Hours:6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PKT), Monday to Friday
Location: Saddar, Rawalpindi
Salary: Market Competitive
