Location: Gulberg III, Lahore

Experience: 6 months 

Are you a software engineer who wants to build a career in product support? What You’ll Do:

✔️ Troubleshoot and resolve product/application issues by analyzing logs, queries, and metrics

✔️ Support production systems, assist in incident management, and help restore services quickly

✔️ Identify recurring problems and collaborate with engineering teams to implement long-term fixes

✔️ Build and maintain automation scripts/tools to optimize support workflows and diagnostics

✔️ Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base and runbooks for quicker resolutions

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Software development background (hands-on with Python, Bash, PHP, or similar)

✔️ Familiarity with automation testing (frameworks/tools for QA/testing)

✔️ Solid understanding of databases and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred). Experience with the Linux command line is a plus. ✔️ Familiarity with web applications, APIs, and microservices

✔️ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
