Assistant Manager Warehouse

BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for an "Assistant Manager Warehouse" in their Supply Chain department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

3+ years of experience 

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager Warehouse to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant inventory and material flow processes. The role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound activities, maintaining stock accuracy, and upholding safety and quality standards across warehouse functions.

The ideal candidate possesses strong coordination and analytical skills, with hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and SAP-based documentation processes. A solid understanding of receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and overall warehouse workflow is essential, along with the ability to track, report, and drive continuous operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include supervising daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch; ensuring timely loading and unloading of cargo with accurate documentation; managing timely inventory and order fulfilment with complete tracking and reporting; maintaining stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical inventories; and ensuring proper record-keeping for all inbound and outbound movements, including GRNs and DOs, within SAP systems.
