Assistant Manager – Security & Loss Prevention

We are seeking a highly responsible and vigilant "Assistant Manager – Security & Loss Prevention" to support and enhance the effectiveness of our security operations. This role will assist in leading the security team, implementing loss prevention strategies, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and assets in one of Pakistan’s leading and fastest-growing retail chains.

📍 Location: Islamabad.

🎓 Qualification:

 * Master’s in Criminology or a related field preferred..

💼 Experience:

 * 6–7 years of proven experience in security, loss prevention, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

 * Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficient in the use of security technologies (CCTV, access control systems, etc.).

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Security & Loss Prevention Manager in planning and executing security protocols across all areas of the facility.

* Monitor and manage surveillance systems, access controls, and alarm systems.

* Lead investigations into incidents involving theft, fraud, policy violations, and safety hazards.

* Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.

* Supervise and train security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

* Collaborate with other departments to enforce compliance and safety standards.

* Maintain detailed reports on incidents, inspections, and investigations.

* Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
