This role plays an important part in ensuring that the universityโs ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ฌ run smoothly and support a positive employee experience.ย
The position requires a professional who can manage HR processes with accuracy and confidentiality, support compensation and benefits administration, and ensure that employee services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelorโs degree and have at least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in rewards, HR operations, or employee services.
