About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals
Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for HR leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
