Agriauto Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Production (Press line), based at Port Qasim.
Candidates should have at least 3 Years’ experience in relevant field with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical).
Know-how required for the position:
-Develop and implement daily and weekly production plans to effectively meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
-Supervise and lead production staff to ensure smooth, efficient and safe operations across all shifts.
-Monitor inventory levels, track material availability and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and avoid shortages or overstocking.
-Track equipment performance, identify and report breakdowns, and coordinate timely resolution with maintenance and engineering teams.
-Analyze productivity metrics, identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and output.
-Conduct training sessions for operators to improve technical skills, ensure adherence to SOPs and promote continuous learning and skill development.
