Job Title: Assistant Manager PPC

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement efficient production planning strategies to meet sales forecasts and market demand.

- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.

- Optimize production schedules to minimize changeovers, reduce downtime, and ensure maximum utilization of resources.

- Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials..

- Analyze daily production data and adjust plans to meet targets.

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements in production planning.

Requirements:

- Master’s in Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- 5 years of relevant experience in PPC within FMCG (preferably bakery, dairy, confectionery).

- Strong knowledge of production planning tools, Microsoft Excel and ERP.

Location: Lahore
