Thal Engineering, a leading automotive parts manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Assistant Manager - Part Development (PD).ย

๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
ย โข Manage part development activities, including local and import sourcing of components and raw materials.
ย โข Identify and develop vendors, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely availability.
ย โข Coordinate with engineering and production teams for new part development and project execution.
ย โข Ensure alignment with project engineering and process engineering requirements.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
ย โข BE in Industrial Manufacturing / Automotive / Mechanical Engineering.
ย โข 3โ5 years of relevant experience in part development or sourcing within an engineering/manufacturing environment.
ย โข Strong knowledge of local and import sourcing (parts and raw materials).
ย โข Good understanding of vendor development and management.
ย โข Familiarity with project engineering and process engineering.
