Hiring: Assistant Manager – HVAC

Feroze1888 Mills is seeking a proactive and skilled Assistant Manager – HVAC to oversee the operation, maintenance, and project activities of our HVAC section.

Responsibilities:

Manage humidification plants to maintain required humidity as per psychrometric chart.

Ensure efficient operation of chillers and air compressors.

Prepare and execute preventive maintenance plans.

Supervise HVAC team in installations, dismantling, and project work.

Lead root cause analysis and resolution of service desk complaints.

Maintain ISO documentation and ensure HSE & social compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

· B.E. / B-Tech (Mechanical)

· At least 4 - 5 years of relevant experience
