Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Warehouse & Logistics

Naveena Steels, a leading manufacturer of high-quality rebars, is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead Warehouse & Logistics operations at its Lahore facility. The role demands strong operational expertise, effective coordination skills, and the ability to manage inventory and dispatch operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage warehouse operations
- Arrange transportation and ensure timely and efficient product dispatches.
- Ensure accurate documentation and system entries prior to dispatch in coordination with the Sales team.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory both physically and through ERP systems.
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules with relevant internal teams.
- Supervise weighbridge operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage sub-prime materials including short bars, tangle bars, and end cuts.
- Ensure accurate system transactions for issuance, shipment, and postings.
- Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure loading is completed as per customer specifications.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Prior experience in the steel, manufacturing, or heavy industry sector will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, dispatch operations, and ERP systems.
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments.
