Gul Ahmed Energy Group is looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Manager Administration to manage all administrative duties and resources at the head office, ensuring system implementation, smooth operations, and effective procedures. This role involves overseeing vendor relations, procurement, fleet operations, maintenance, staff supervision, and administrative systems to maintain an efficient and productive workplace environment.
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field)
Experience: 4–6 years in administration, facilities management, or office operations
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in SAP will be a plus.
