Job Overview:
Windsor Parking Services is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager Accounts to join our team in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily revenue records from multiple parking and valet service sites
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting ledgers
• Manage accounting operations using QuickBooks
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Monitor cash collections and reconcile revenue from operational sites
• Assist in budget tracking, expense management, and financial analysis
• Maintain records of expenses, invoices, and payments
• Coordinate with management for profit-sharing and financial reporting
• Ensure proper documentation and financial compliance
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA / CA (Inter preferred)
✔ 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
✔ Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
✔ Experience in daily revenue reconciliation and financial reporting
✔ Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
✔ High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
