Job Overview:
Chawla Group is seeking a motivated and professional Assistant HR Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance while ensuring smooth HR processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the recruitment and selection process including job postings, screening, and interviews
* Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation
