Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Assistant Equipment Operator to support the operation of cable production machines. The ideal candidate will assist the senior operator in running, monitoring, and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing of fiber optic and electrical cables. The role requires a basic technical background, computer literacy, and the ability to follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities:

· Assist the main operator in starting, stopping, and monitoring cable production machinery.
· Help in quality checks of produced cables and report any defects to the supervisor.
· Maintain cleanliness around the machine and ensure proper handling of tools and materials.
· Record basic machine readings and assist in entering data using a computer.
· Follow safety procedures and support smooth machine operations during shifts.

Requirements:

· DAE (Mechanical) Diploma holder preferred.
· 6 Months+ experience working on cable production machinery or in a factory environment is a plus
· Basic understanding of English (for reading work instructions and safety signs).
· Basic computer knowledge to assist in data entry and machine system updates.
· Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a fast-paced environment.
