International Consumer Products (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Lahore retail market. We would like to hear from you if you have a strong background in FMCG and a passion for driving growth.
Job Description:
Manage and grow retail sales within the Lahore Zone
Appoint and manage distributors to strengthen market presence
Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key customers
Lead, train, and support the regional sales team to achieve targets
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy
Execute effective promotional campaigns and route-to-market plans
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management
Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG retail sales
Experience in the Cosmetics category is highly preferred
Proven track record of sales growth and distributor management
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Based in or familiar with the Lahore retail landscape
