🕘 Night Shift | Full-Time Role
The Value Engineering, a leading construction consultancy with a dedicated Learning & Development (L&D) Department, is looking for a skilled AI Video Editor to transform technical Zoom-based lectures into engaging, learner-friendly video content.
If you’re passionate about storytelling, AI-powered creativity, and instructional design — this role is for you.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Transform recorded technical sessions into structured, high-quality instructional videos
Create and integrate AI-generated and stock-style B-roll to enhance learning
Add motion graphics, visuals, captions, sound design, and seamless transitions
Apply storytelling and instructional design principles to improve learner engagement
Manage end-to-end video production and collaborate with subject matter experts
✅ Requirements:
3–5 years of professional video editing experience
Hands-on experience with AI-based video and B-roll tools
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual communication skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines
⭐ Preferred:
Experience editing technical or engineering content
Familiarity with AI prompt workflows and instructional design principles
