Role Overview
We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with strong expertise in NLP, speech recognition, and conversational AI. You will be part of a small, elite team developing scalable AI solutions for real-world customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop, train, and fine-tune NLP and speech recognition models.
•Build conversational AI agents capable of handling multiple calls simultaneously.
•Integrate AI models into production environments (calls, chat, and social media platforms).
•Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and real-time performance.
•Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless deployment.
Requirements
•Proven experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Speech Recognition.
•Strong hands-on skills with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
•Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Transformers, HuggingFace, etc.).
•Experience with AI-driven SaaS products is a plus.
