We’re Hiring: Admin Officer
Aptech Learning – North Nazimabad Center is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. If you’re organized, responsible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies & inventory
• Supervise support staff (housekeeping, security, maintenance)
• Handle official correspondence, emails, and calls professionally
• Provide administrative support to management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 0–1 year of relevant administrative experience
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
