Position: Accounts Receivable Executive
Location: SITE Area, Karachi
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Up to PKR 65,000 (subject to relevant experience and current remuneration)
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 01 year of relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, issue, and record customer invoices accurately and timely.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain customer ledgers and perform regular account reconciliations.
Record receipts, adjustments, and credit notes in the ERP/accounting system.
Prepare AR reports, aging analysis, and collection status for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of payables in the ERP system (Gtech)
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
matters
Assist in month-end closing and reporting related to payables
Skills Required:
Hands-on experience with accounts receivable processes
Working knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Gtech preferred)
Good command of MS Excel
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
