Service Sales Corporation (Pvt.) Limited is looking for an Accounts Officer - Remittances to support the finance team in tracking and reconciling remittances against sales and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.
Key Responsibilities:
-Track and reconcile remittances against retail and wholesale sales to ensure accurate financial records.
-Coordinate with shop managers, banks and internal teams to verify and resolve discrepancies.
-Maintain Accounts Receivable data, bank MIS, deposit slips and online bank records.
-Prepare daily cash inflow reports and monitor outstanding receivables.
-Record manual transactions in GL and update missing sales, credit notes and reversals in the AR module.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Oracle systems. Interested candidates can apply at recruitment@sscbrands.com
