Trade Visions International is Hiring Accounts Officer

📍 Location: Rawalpindi
💰 Salary: PKR 40,000-50,000 (can vary depending on skills & knowledge)
🕒 Job Type: Full-time, onsite

Key Responsibilities:
• Record and maintain vouchers, receipts, petty cash, invoices, bills, ledgers, and utility payments.
• Assist in daily administration, accounting operations, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain sales, recovery, and stock records with regular updates in Excel.
• Prepare weekly expense reports, outstanding summaries, and sales comparisons.
• Support monthly reporting, expense/recovery sheets, and subscription records.
• Ensure accurate filing, documentation, compliance, and data maintenance.
• Assist and support senior accounts staff in all related tasks.
• Prepare basic financial reports for management.

Requirements:
• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance/Accounts).
• 1 year of experience is preferred however freshers can also apply!
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles & MS Excel.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow.
