Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in accounting and finance operations within the real estate industry, with strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Prepare bank reconciliations, ledgers, and journal entries.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Manage accounts receivable and payable functions.

Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.

Coordinate with internal departments for accurate financial data.

Prepare and manage invoices, client payments, and expense tracking.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate sector.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, ERP, or similar).

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and organizational abilities.
