Sorrel Foods Private Limited is looking for Accountant Cum Cashier, Lahore
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the accounting system and Excel sheets.
• Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, and payment vouchers.
• Manage advances and prepayments and ensure proper adjustment and final settlement.
• Reconcile bank statements regularly and resolve any discrepancies.
• Handle physical cash and reconcile daily with the cash book.
• Receive and process cash, cheques, and other payment instruments.
• Maintain the daily cash book and monitor cash balance records.
• Ensure safe custody of cash and all financial documents.
• Deposit daily cash collections into the company bank account.
• Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to management for review and approval.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records and receipts.
• Process and manage payment disbursements and collections related to HR, Procurement, and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information.
• Follow internal control procedures for cash management, manual bills, and tax calculations.
