Conduct cross-browser, responsive design, mobile, database, and load testing (using JMeter). Analyze business requirements and provide constructive feedback for improvements. Apply in-depth knowledge of STLC, Agile methodologies, Bug Life Cycle, QA standards, and best practices. Mentor and coach junior QA team members with a positive and professional approach. Use tools like Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence for test management and collaboration. Communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clarity and transparency. Proactively address client queries and adapt to client time zones when required. Take ownership of additional QA responsibilities across multiple projects. Apply basic-level automation testing using tools such as Cypress or Playwright for API and web testing.
