Requirements:
โข 6โ10 years of relevant HR experience (Talent Management, L&D, or OD)
โข Proven track record of rolling out large-scale HR/talent initiatives
โข Strong communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
โข Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
โข MBA/MPA in HR (SHRM/CHRP certifications preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
