SATS is hiring Business Retention Specialist

Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
Investigate customer churn, Proactively reach out to at-risk customers, Resolve customer issues, Develop and implement retention programs, Track and analyze results, Collaborate with other departments, Stay up-to-date on industry trends, Best practices to be a great retention specialist:
Prioritize relationships over transactions, Become a trusted advisor, Embrace a customer-centric mindset, Act as a customer advocate, Under promise and overdeliver
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Customer Success, or a related field (preferred).
1+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role with a proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency to analyze customer data and identify trends, Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate win-win solutions, and manage challenging customer interactions, Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and a willingness to learn new technologies, Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
