About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Power BI Developer to lead the development and governance of our business intelligence platform. You'll be responsible for architecting robust, scalable, and performant data models and driving the adoption of a data-driven culture across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the overall architecture for the Power BI ecosystem
- Architect and build complex, optimized, and scalable semantic data models
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in reports, DAX calculations, and data refresh schedules
- Manage the Power BI Service environment, including workspace governance, security (RLS), and user access management
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BI developers and analysts
