Position: Sales Lead Executive
Key Responsibilities
โข Identify and generate potential sales leads for digital services through online research, cold calling, and outreach platforms.
โข Research target markets, startups, and businesses to identify new business opportunities.
โข Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget ranges, and project intent.
โข Maintain and regularly update accurate lead data in CRM systems and internal tracking tools.
โข Communicate professionally with prospects via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to introduce NAVIX services.
โข Coordinate closely with the sales, design, and development teams for the smooth handover of qualified leads.
โข Follow up consistently to nurture prospects and convert them into sales opportunities.
โข Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
โข Track performance and prepare basic lead generation reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills
โข Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
โข Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (internship or lead generation experience is a plus).
โข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
โข Strong interest in sales, digital services, and client acquisition.
โข Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
โข Good organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
โข Comfortable using spreadsheets, online tools, and CRM software.
โข Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
